Gotlands are proud to invite you to a glittery evening in the name of glamour. During the actual leapyears day we invite you to a full evenings gasque offering a 4-course menu, entertainment followed by a släpp with dancing at Västgöta nation until 04!

 

Date: 29th of february 2020

Time: 17dk (arrive between 17-17:30)

Where: Gotlands nations banquet hall

Dress code: Black suit (semi-formal) completed with a glitter detail

Price: 400kr / 370kr alc.free

 

The beautiful dinner that will be served during the gasque will be revealed to you already today. During this evening a 4-course menu will be served and it will be: 

Pre Course

Halloumi waffle with pesto made of Gotlandic wild chives, chevre crème and a symphony of carrot.

Main Course

Filet of lamb with blue raspberry coulis and crisp of root vegetables

Served with a potato cake filled with pancetta, accompanied by a compote of mushrooms, apple and red onion

Vegetarian option

Salt rubbed turnip celery, parmesan gratinated pumpkin purée, accompanied by a compote of mushrooms, apple and red onion

Served with cabbage four ways

Dessert

Baked chocolate fondant with chocolate mousse, beetroot ice cream and a saffron sprinkle

Cheese Platter

Pear crisps with stilton cheese and pickled pumpkin

Baked brie cheese with saffron honey and blackberries

Slim seed cracker with crème of Svecia cheese and pomegranate kernels

Goat cheese croustade with red onion marmalade

Registration is done through email to 1q@gotlandsnation.se at the latest the 26^th of February and is binding upon confirmation. Please send us a personal email for registration and include specific details and preferences.

Payment for the gasque must be done at the latest on the 27^th of February, payment details are given upon confirmation of the registration to the gasque.
