Gotlands nationsbibliotek bedrivs av biblioteksnämnden. Biblioteksnämnden är nationens äldsta nämnd och består av nationens bibliotekarie, arkivarie och en handfull ledamöter.

Biblioteket tillhandahåller kurslitteratur på A- och B-nivå i Arkeologi och Geovetenskap. Biblioteket har även fastlandets största samling av Gotlandica (böcker om Gotland) och en del skönlitteratur.

Biblioteket tar gärna emot donationer i form av pengar eller böcker inom bibliotekets ämnesområden.

För återlämning av böcker går det även bra att komma förbi under ordinarie expeditionstider.

Library

Gotlands nation’s library is being cared for by the nation’s library committee, the oldest committee of the nation. The Library committee consists of the Librarian, the Archivist and a handful of committee members.

Gotland’s national library provides literature in 1st year Archeology and Geosciences and also has the mainland’s largest collection of Gotlandica (Literature on Gotland). The library also provides some fiction.

The Library is thankful for donations in the form of money or books on the Library’s topics.

Thursdays 14:00-16:00


Returning of books may be done during the Curators’ office open hours.
If the opening times are non-sufficient, contact the Librarian who will sort out a solution for you.
